Monday - Thursday only. The space is just shy of 3,000 square feet and includes: custom wood tables & metal chairs, additional black plastic tables and chairs, two lounge areas with couches & coffee tables, 1 bathroom, boxwood & raw wood photo backdrop, large serving bar area, full-size stainless-steel refrigerator, Bluetooth speaker system and capacity to 100 guests. Perfect for weddings, showers, parties, meetings and special events.
Cancellation Policy
Events must conclude by 11PM. The space must be returned in the same or better condition as it was found. No cancellations or refunds. No alcohol, drugs, tobacco or vaping permitted. No violence or illegal activity. The renter is responsible for all guests and any damages or excessive cleaning. Failure to follow venue polices may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
